My stay was really amazing in terms of both design and service. I had a spacious room with top notch conveniences and chocolate, as for instance and everything was exceptional. Appreciated the great decor of the room. It was in a great and fab location really close to the centre of the restaurant district, restaurants / cafes, and a sea.

The staff are excellent and the room was well-organised and beautifully designed on level 1 above the bar. There is a central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator - that's always a plus. The location of the hotel is beautiful, not far from local bars, restaurants / cafes and so many good eateries.

The Intrepid Hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a vibrant city. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to have a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The attention to detail was outstanding - from the personalized welcome letter in my room to the turn-down service with chocolates on my bed in the evening. I loved how they added a touch of whimsy to the decor, making it feel unlike any other hotel I've stayed in. The location was ideal, right in the centre of the restaurant district and close to everything that Wellington has to offer. Plus, the breakfast provided, including freshly squeezed orange juice and a delicious croissant, was the perfect way to start the day.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Wellington. I was blown away by the incredible value for money. The prices were really reasonable, especially considering all the additional extras that were included in the price. For example, I loved how they delivered breakfast items to my door each day. It was such a thoughtful touch. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The rooms were stylish and well laid out, with top-notch conveniences and a separate loo and vanity area. I really appreciated the little things, like the tube down service and the daily weather prediction card. Lastly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was right in the center of the restaurant district, within walking distance to all the main attractions. I loved being able to explore everything that Wellington has to offer.
No complaints. Everything was just perfect.

We stayed in the heart of the city and received a wonderful complimentary breakfast which was delivered directly to our room each morning. The room was cozy and had all the essentials we needed for our city break. We were in close proximity to many attractions and enjoyed the convenience of the location. we appreciated the comfortable bed and the little added extras such as the snacks and drinks provided to us.
The room was quite cramped and felt very claustrophobic. The shower was also an issue as it was just a curtain and didn't feel very luxurious.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. I also appreciated the very friendly staff and the delicious breakfast that was included with my room.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the morning delivery of croissants and orange juice was a great way to start the day. The location was central, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And the style of the room was impressive.
The room design was a bit odd, resulting in a cramped sleeping area and wasted space in the bathroom. Plus, the noise from the lively street scene could be heard even in the comparatively well-insulated rooms at the back.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning decor and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a separate WC and bathroom. The staff went above and beyond, even delivering printing to my room at no extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh croissants waiting at my door every morning, a delightful way to start the day. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the restaurant district and just a short walk to the waterfront and great cafes. The service was outstanding, with the staff making me feel incredibly welcome. The basic amenities were top notch, and the well-thought-out design added to the overall comfort of my stay. Breakfast was a highlight as well, with a variety of delicious options. I can't wait to return to this hotel and experience its charm once again.
All was absolutely splendid, nothing to complain about.

Located near some amazing cafes, close to everything and down to the waterfront, this hotel has an excellent location! The rooms are well laid out with comfortable beds and stylish features. The complimentary snacks and drinks, turn-down service, and staff attentiveness add a luxurious touch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast pastries.
The shower drainage in a specific room needs improvement.
